Lagree is full body strength training fundamentals of Pilates targets all muscle groups in a 45 minute class.
Cycle low impact high cardio classes
Include 25 min of cycle and 30 min of lagree best of both worlds!!
Best parking advice? Parking lot or any street parking around the area.
Are there any upcoming special events or workshops? We have a April promo if you take minimum of 20 classes in the month you are entered in a raffle to win a Vooray gym bag and toe socks
