Class Description Flywheel Classes: Indoor Stadium Cycling classes - Challenging, interval-based rides meet personal performance tracking to help you set goals and reach them.
METHOD - Our signature high-intensity interval training ride. Climb heavy hills, sprint through fast flats, jog up-and-down mixed terrains, and race against others in the epic class that’s changed countless bodies and minds. Includes an upper-body series for a full-body workout.
TEMPO - This interval training class fuses rhythm riding with core-strengthening athletic movements for the ultimate beat-based, results-driven experience. It's fun. It's challenging. It's rhythm riding for athletes.
POWER - Ready to take it to the next level? This no-holds-barred ride is a more challenging version of our Method ride, with longer races, steeper hills, no upper body series, and less recovery time between intervals. (While anyone can book in, we suggest taking a couple of Method rides to prep for Power.)</span>
Fly FIT [Functional Intense Training]: Precision Training Classes - Total body off-bike workouts to sculpt, strengthen, and put even more power in your pedal strokes.

Total Body - strengthen and sculpt your upper body, lower body and core muscles using 5-20 lb. weights and high-intensity drills.

Upper Body Focus - push, pull and plank your way to strong, defined arms, back, chest, and abs using 5-20 lb weights and high-intensity drills.

Best parking advice? We are lucky to be right next to the new Whole Foods where guests are able to validate parking with them for up to two hours (upon a purchase). There is also two-hour meter parking on our block. Additionally, our building hosts a parking garage with an entrance on Chestnut for $5 after 4 pm. No need to drive? Hop on the light rail or enjoy convenient bike racks in and outside of the studio.

Are there any upcoming special events or workshops?1) Red Rocks Concert Series:

Red Rocks season is around the corner and we are celebrating with a concert series at Flywheel. Each Flywheel instructor will highlight a different artist coming to Red Rocks this spring and summer. Attend 6 of the 7 concert series classes and you will be entered into a raffle to win 10 FREE classes! Grab a punch card at the front desk.

      Are there any charities you support? If so, what ones? We don't align with anyone charity but do offer different charity rides throughout the year.

    What type of retail do you sell?We offer a variety of men's and women's gear that is suitable for both on and off the bike. Some brands we carry include - Lululemon, Alala, Solfire, Splits 59, New Balance and As You Are.

    Last, what should a new student of your studio know? Your first class is free! Create a Flywheel account (be sure to add your shoe size, gender and torq name into your profile so you get the full Flywheel experience) and book into the first class you want to take. If you are taking a Flywheel class we will provide you with shoes for free. If you are taking a Fly FIT class you should wear gym shoes. Be sure to arrive about 10-15 minutes before class so we can help get you set-up on your bike.
