There is a lot of information out there and it's hard to know where to start. Knowing that every body is different and everyone is really sharing their own personal journey, we thought we'd round up a few inspiring books that you can resonate with. We chose these specific books because they are well informed and we KIND OF know these authors personally and trust their process! Being in LA, we are surrounded by incredibly smart women who are spearheading all types of fitness, health or wellness movements. What's your favorite health or wellness book?
