What motivates you to get up in the morning?
Being able to help people see and recognize the strength that is already within them. I am constantly on a journey of personal growth and development and love to take my people along for the ride so they can grow within themselves. At the end of the day, it’s all about connecting deeply to who you truly are.

Own The Day by Aubrey Marcus, Rising Strong by Brene Brown and Girl, Stop Apologizing by Rachel Hollis (yes I’m very ADHD)
If you could only do two workouts a week, what would it be?
Cycling and yoga sculpt
Is there a teacher that you love learning from?
I love learning how to coach from Sharif Abboud. He has such a strong energy and presence and has the ability to make each person feel as though they are doing a private session with him.
What is your favorite way to spend a day outdoors?
Reading, meditating and moving around on my yoga mat at White Rock Lake
Are there any charities you support?
Vogel Alcove - the only childcare center for homeless children in Dallas

Oh gosh - a huge water, nuun electrolyte tabs, EMB CBD muscle cream, a packet of honeybeard training protein, vaseline, Beats headphones, and throat spray always!
