- Sampling opportunity: approx. 60 units total for sampling + instructor/VIP gifting  

  - Product must be refrigerated, so it will be served onsite and not placed in goodie bags  

  - We can also hand select a few full bottles for instructors/VIPs (and select attendees) as available

- Social feature: 1 feed post, 1 reel, and stories from our Instagram highlighting your brand + product at the event

- Email feature: 1 newsletter mention promoting your brand (and a promo code/offer if you’d like to provide one)

- UGC + content moments: organic content captured during the event (attendees/instructors sharing + tagging)

What we’ll need from you

- Product delivered cold / with a refrigeration plan (or delivered close to event time)

- Any brand assets you want included (logo, preferred handle, key talking points, promo code)
